Refund Policy

1. Evaluation Program Refunds

We offer a full refund on evaluation program purchases under the following conditions:

  • Refund request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • No trades have been placed on the evaluation account
  • The account has not been accessed after initial setup

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Any trades have been executed on the account
  • The evaluation period has expired
  • The account has been terminated due to rule violations
  • Request is made after the 14-day cooling-off period

3. Free Retry Policy

Traders who fail their evaluation but were in profit at the time of failure may be eligible for a free retry. Specific conditions apply and are outlined in your program documentation.

4. Funded Account Fee Refunds

Upon successfully passing your evaluation and receiving a funded account, your initial evaluation fee will be refunded with your first profit withdrawal.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Support section
  3. Submit a refund request with your order details
  4. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
